Refund & Exchange Policy
Chiqueaccessoriezja does not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges for:
•Defective items
•Incorrect sizes
To request an exchange, please contact us at chiqueaccessoriez@gmail.com within 36 hours of your purchase.
Exchanges cannot be processed after the 36 hour window.
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
•Be unused
•Be in its original condition
•Be in original packaging
•Include a receipt or proof of purchase
All exchange items are inspected upon return. You will receive an email confirming whether your exchange is approved or denied.
Double Delivery Fee
All exchanges require a double delivery fee, which covers:
- Pickup of the returned item
- Delivery of the replacement item
This fee must be paid before the exchange is processed.
Sale Items
All sale items are final.
No exchanges or adjustments are allowed on discounted products.
Shipping returns
If you are returning an item via mail, please send it to:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For mailed returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
